Organisations view: Track participation and funding at an organisational level

Grant programs are built around organisations. Funding is often allocated to organisations, not individuals, and reporting, compliance, and impact tracking all depend on a clear view of how an organisation participates over time.

With Organisations view, grant managers can:

• Track shared applications and grants per organisation. See which applications applicants have chosen to share with an organisation, along with any grants connected to those applications.
• Report on funding allocations at the organisation level. Understand what’s been allocated, and to whom, without reconstructing it from individual grant records.
• Maintain a complete history of participation over time. An organisation’s full record, including its applications, funding and outcomes, stays intact even as the individuals representing them change.
• Communicate and engage directly with organisations. Reach an organisation as a single entity, rather than managing separate threads with individual applicants.
• Support collaboration across applicants and grantees. Where multiple people from the same organisation are involved in an application or grant, Organisations view reflects that shared context naturally.
• Capture structured organisation data. Configurable organisation fields let you collect and standardise the organisational information that matters most to your program.

Built for continuity

Grant managers can pass organisation changes to connected systems by using webhook events to notify connected systems when an organisation is created, updated, deleted or merged.

People change roles, move on, and get replaced, but the organisation remains constant. Keeping applications, funding, reporting and outcomes connected at the organisation level preserves data continuity, supports strong governance and maintains a reliable audit trail over time.
