New features
Applicants can now initiate an Action flow process to contact referees or grant managers before submitting their application. A review stage can now be launched in five different ways: manually by the grant manager, during application submission, through another review stage, through API, or by the applicant.
Our list of supported languages now includes Catalan, bringing the total to 36.

Improvements
API endpoints received several improvements:
The endpoints for “list chapter” and “get chapter” now include chapter manager as an object, along with full name and slug to allow programmatic interaction.
The full form object has been included in all endpoints that return forms.
