Back to all features Frequently asked questions Can applicants choose their preferred language? Yes. Participants can select their preferred language from the languages enabled for your program. The interface, navigation and system-generated text will display in the selected language. Can different users work in different languages simultaneously? Yes. Applicants, reviewers and grant managers can each use the platform in their preferred language simultaneously. Are application forms translated automatically? No. Good Grants translates the platform interface, including navigation, buttons and system messages. Program-specific content, such as application questions, instructions, eligibility text and content blocks, is managed by your team and can be added in your chosen languages. Can reviewers assess applications in another language? Yes. Reviewers can work in the language configured for their account, while still accessing submitted application content in its original language. Are translations reviewed by humans? Yes. Good Grants uses professionally trained native-speaking translators for supported languages. Can we request additional languages? Yes. Additional languages may be available on request, depending on your program requirements. Can multilingual settings be updated after launch? Yes.
