Effortless grant submission collaboration

Allow your applicants and grantees to securely collaborate on applications and grant reports without sharing login information.

For applicants and grantees

Save your applicants and grantees’ time by streamlining input and collaboration.

This feature available on Enterprise plans only

Submission collaboration in Good Grants provides a secure method for individual applicants and grantees to work together in real-time on a single application or grant report, without sharing login details.

Collaborations can be invited with custom messages by the application creator, who can assign them one of three privilege levels: View (with locked fields), Edit, or Edit and Submit. Application owners can modify privileges, re-assign ownership, or remove collaborators to ensure smooth collaboration and application integrity.

Real-time editing locks fields to prevent conflicting changes, facilitating efficient and secure collaboration.

For grant managers

Easily track collaborators through the grantmaking lifecycle and send them automated emails, in a matter of seconds.
