Now available: Grant report acceptance

Grant managers can now accept submitted grant reports or request changes, with the option to provide feedback alongside the decision.

When changes are required, the report becomes available for the grantee to update and resubmit. Once accepted, it becomes read-only, preserving the final version that was reviewed.

A new acceptance status makes it easy to identify reports awaiting review, those requiring changes and those already accepted. Grantees can also be notified of the outcome, with the manager’s feedback included to make the next step clear.

The result is a clearer reporting process for grant managers and grantees, with review, feedback and follow-up kept together.
