New features
New API endpoints have been added for:
Create, recuse, unrecuse, and delete assignment.
Create review task. Grant managers can now programmatically trigger a review stage based on something other than application submission.
Custom application deadlines. Set, update, or remove application deadlines via the API.
Improvements
The country flag selector replaced the mobile help tooltip on the homepage.
Two new parameters have been to webhooks: subscription_event and http_method.
