Good news! This is now possible in Good Grants with our new email broadcast scheduling tool. 

Broadcast emails in Good Grants are a quick and easy way to facilitate communication with applicants and reviewers directly from the platform. For example, these broadcasts are often used to let applicants know of approaching deadlines or to let reviewers know applications are ready for review, among many other options.

With our newest update, you can now schedule these emails in advance—in your time zone, providing a way to plan ahead and ensure your program participants are given important information at the right time.

It’s a great way to save time, streamline work tasks and help program participants avoid missing critical deadlines. 

Conveniently located at the bottom of the broadcast settings page, the scheduling feature provides the option of date, time and time zone for emails to go out.

This small improvement offers big time savings for grant managers, allowing your team to streamline communications, ensure regular program updates and keep your entire team and community in the know.
