Standout features that shaped 2024

In 2024, Good Grants introduced a host of new features, each aimed at improving usability and efficiency.

Save time with smarter workflows

We prioritised automating and simplifying tasks for grant managers and reviewers, and these features below help grant managers focus on strategic decision-making rather than administrative tasks, ultimately leading to more effective and efficient grant distribution.

1. Power your applicants with submission collaboration

This powerful new feature, available for Enterprise accounts, provides a secure method for individual applicants and grantees to work together in real time on a single application or grant report, without sharing login details. Read more

3. Easily copy account configurations

For organisations requiring multiple Good Grants accounts, the owner can now copy configuration across accounts. This feature eliminates the need for manual account configuration during setup and minimises the risk of errors, ensuring a smoother and more reliable process.

4. Streamline review with automatic tagging

Automated tagging is now available for optionable fields in action flow and in applications with checkbox lists, radio fields, and dropdown fields.

Automated tagging can be particularly useful for categorising applications based on specific criteria, and can streamline the review process by automatically assigning tags to indicate priority levels or areas of focus.

Additionally, grant managers can use auto-tagging to quickly filter and organise applications for reporting and analysis purposes.

5. Set minimum and maximum video length

Program managers can now set minimum and maximum video length in seconds for all supported file types for both single file uploads and attachments. Video length settings are particularly important for managing limited review time, as it helps reviewers efficiently evaluate content without being overwhelmed by lengthy videos. Additionally, setting video length limits can ensure consistency across applications, making it easier for reviewers to compare submissions fairly.
