There is no set limit on attendees. We encourage all relevant team members to participate to ensure everyone is aligned and able to effectively use Good Grants.


We do not. Our onboarding service is designed to empower you with the knowledge and guidance needed to confidently set up and manage your program. While you'll have full control over the configuration, our experts will be with you every step of the way—providing personalised guidance, assisting with theme design based on your brand assets, and conducting a thorough pre-launch check to ensure everything is set up for success. For organisations that prefer hands-on assistance, we also offer implementation packages where our team works alongside you to configure the platform. Learn more about the implementation packages.


The duration varies based on your program's complexity and internal timelines. Our structured onboarding process, combined with your team's engagement, aims to facilitate a swift and efficient setup. While many clients typically go through four to six sessions, there is no fixed number. The onboarding process is flexible, and the number of sessions may be more or fewer depending on your specific requirements.


Onboarding is a structured, one-time introductory process designed to familiarise you with Good Grants. It includes personalised orientation, tailored advice, and collaborative support during your initial setup. General support, on the other hand, is available 24/5 to assist with troubleshooting, feature questions, and ongoing platform use.


Once you've completed the onboarding process, you'll have the knowledge and tools to manage your program independently. However, if your program evolves or you introduce new team members, we offer a 'New manager training' service specifically designed to help new grant managers get up-to-speed with Good Grants features and the existing program configuration.
