Get a quote Good Grants implementation packages The Good Grants Enterprise solution includes 32 hours of our implementation service, at no additional charge, and this includes our onboarding service. But, if you need more support, you can purchase extra hours based on the time-based packages below. 16 hours Best for small implementations or configuration assistance. Typically used for the configuration of a particular feature or minor use cases. 32 hours Best for medium implementations or configuration assistance. Typically used for the configuration of a particular feature or several minor use cases. 64 hours Best for large and/or more complex implementations, such as the creation of one or two straightforward application forms and the supporting review configuration. 128 hours Best for very large implementations, complex forms, multi-stage review requirements or configuration support for funding, grant reporting and/or integrations. Implementation packages in Good Grants are available exclusively with the Enterprise solution. Each Enterprise plan includes 32 hours of collaborative implementation assistance, onboarding and training to help you get started with Good Grants. You’ll lead the majority of the configuration, but we’ll assist with more complex elements and guide you through the set-up to ensure you’re confident and familiar with the software. If you are new to Good Grants and have relatively simple program needs, the 32-hour implementation included with the Enterprise solution may be sufficient. However, if you need more extensive support or have complex program requirements, an additional implementation package may be needed. Do I also need onboarding? Enterprise accounts in Good Grants include 32 hours of implementation support and onboarding. Learn more about the onboarding process. How do I know how many hours I need? "Implementation 32" includes 32 hours of support, covering onboarding and basic configuration. This is a good starting point for most organisations. However, for more complex programs or if you require extensive customisation / specific support needs, you may require additional hours. To determine your exact needs, we recommend discussing your requirements with your Good Grants sales consultant. They can assess your specific needs and advise on the appropriate number of hours. We also recommend adding a buffer of additional hours to your budget to account for any unforeseen needs or additional collaborative support. What happens if I need additional hours? If you require more hours than included in your initial package, you'll be charged monthly for the additional time. Any unused hours from your package will expire after three months from the quote approval date. We recommend including a buffer of additional hours in your budget to ensure you have flexibility if your needs change. You'll be notified as you approach the end of your included hours. Will you configure my account for me? You’ll lead the majority of the configuration, but we’ll assist with more complex elements and guide you through the set-up to ensure you’re confident and familiar with the software.
