New features

• Just released: Invite-only applications! Available to all Premium and Enterprise plans, invite-only applications functionality enables grant managers to control access to specific forms by invitation only. Uninvited applicants or grantees will not have access to or visibility of these forms.
• Enabled at the form settings level, form browse allows applicants to preview the application form and check all of the questions before completing it
• To scrutinise an application offline or share an application with someone who doesn’t have access to the Good Grants platform, grant managers can now download and view a full application PDF from the manager’s view of a submission
• Reviewers can now upload files when reviewing an application and leave comments too. Supported file types are: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, doc, docx, eps, jpeg, jpg, mp3, pdf, png, xls, xlsx.

Improvements

• We added a form column to the column fields display in the assignments list view
• Grant managers are now able to assign individual applications for review, directly from the Manage applications list view 
• Two new notifications now inform grant managers when an assignment is either created or completed
• We added a new button to the application form for eligibility screening. When submitting for eligibility the button now reads, “Check eligibility” instead of “Submit application”
• The audit log times are now more precise
• Multiple improvements were made in line with WCAG accessibility standards:
  • We added a fieldset and legend to the radio button group in the user’s profile to make it clear to those using screen readers what the dark mode radio button items are for
  • Contributor fields are now formatted to display one field per line with the label first and value on the line below
  • We added labels for tooltips to make them visible to assistive technologies
  • We added heading landmarks to the registration page to make it easier to navigate for users using assistive technologies
  • We added labels for toggle components, improved focus indicators, and fixed an accessibility issue with radio fields on the application form.
