New features

• Just released: Preview as a user! Owners and grant managers can preview the Good Grants platform as another user. Preview mode is read-only, so no changes can be made.
• Assigning reviewers to applications one-by-one can now be done via the Manage applications list view. This feature comes with two notification triggers: assignment created and assignment reviewing completed.
• Reviewers leaving applicant feedback can now upload images in any review mode.

Improvements

• On the blank application form PDF, we added text clarifying it can’t be completed offline.
• On the new downloads page, a column with search filters has been added to make it easy to see what’s in each export.
• When assigning reviewers, we added a status update message that tells users the number of assignments created and any that couldn’t be created.
• A new option was added to the grant status settings to display the grant on the leaderboard.
• On the manager’s reviewing dashboard, we updated the text for scoring score sets to highlight that the number shown is the number of winners.
• Users can’t be permanently deleted by grant managers anymore – only by account owners.
• Individual user language preferences are now available in the columnator at /users and in the Get user and List user responses in the API.
• We’ve added support for webp images to attachments and single file uploads.
• Counters have been added for min/max attachments to let applicants know the requirements before they submit.
• Multiple improvements were made in line with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Our field settings page has been improved for accessibility
  • We added the <main> landmark to the app, so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate easier
  • The hover colour contrast of the country code in the phone field dropdown has been improved
  • We improved the focus order on the homepage to make keyboard navigation easier.
