New features

• We have upgraded our video file transcoder to support a wider range of codecs, including Apple’s HEVC and speed up encoding across all video files.
  • For Enterprise plan clients, the transcoder supports custom templates, which allows for greater control over video settings including variables such as resolution and bit rate.

Improvements

• The manager’s view of an application now has tabs for a more structured view. Data is now divided into overview, application, action flow, review, and grant tabs.
• Permissions in the roles view have been simplified for more streamlined role customisation. Advanced role configuration is still available for more complex role configurations.
• To enable mobile registration for users in the UAE, SMS communication consent has been added to the home page.
• To comply with new SMS guidelines in Australia and the UK, we added a sender ID to all SMS messages.
• Several improvements to grant status have been made:
  • Grant status can now be made visible to applicants and grantees. 
  • Notifications can now be configured to send when the “grant status changed” trigger is fired. 
  •  The Good Grants API has been updated with new webhooks for communicating grant status changes.
