New features

• Unlimited forms! This capability enables premium/ enterprise account owners to create and manage as many forms as they need. 
• We also released a new location to manage all forms in one place, look for Forms in the left-hand menu.
• Grant managers and applicants can now download a blank entry form as a PDF. All fields are displayed in the same sequence and logic as the actual form.
• A new list view is available for grant managers to see all the exports and bulk downloads generated from their account.

Improvements

• Applicants can now view their contracts in the My applications view
• Application status and action flow status have been added to the Manage grants list view
• A grant status filter has been added to the advanced options in the Manage applications view
• SAML certificates can now be encrypted 
• Multiple improvements were made in line with WCAG accessibility standards:
  • We added a keyboard tab stop to the multi-factor authentication toggle on a user’s profile page
  • We automatically close the profile menu when tabbing through the page and when focus moves away from the menu
• We re-ordered the tab types on the new tab page and added a description for each to make it clearer what each one is for.
• The homepage now loads much faster thanks to some performance improvements!
• It is now easier to distinguish between users with the same name! An email address now appears alongside the user name in several views where this is a common problem: 
  • Alongside the reviewer name in the advanced search of assignments
  • Alongside the applicant name in the advanced search of manage applications
  • It also appears in the Manager’s view of an application when changing the applicant associated with an application
