Good Grants makes integrations easy with new in-app marketplace

When it comes to streamlining your work as a grantmaker, it’s common to take the work smarter, not harder approach, especially when it comes to leveraging software to automate manual tasks and create integrations between applications to work more efficiently.

But, if you’re not comfortable or familiar with technical concepts, software integration can sometimes feel prohibitive. There’s an API and webhooks and objects to create, get and delete—all coming together to make integration feel overly complex and potentially out of reach.

Good Grants understands the challenge, which is why we’re excited to introduce our new integration marketplace, designed to help you boost productivity and save time by connecting Good Grants to mission critical applications, with no coding or API knowledge required.

How the integration marketplace works

The integration marketplace in Good Grants is available to all Premium and Enterprise plan accounts and boasts several ready-made integrations, with many more planned for the future.

And it’s easy to use. You can leverage supported triggers and events in Good Grants to quickly configure integrations, with just a handful of clicks.

Types of integrations available

There are two types of integration available in the marketplace: standard and paid/custom integrations. 

Standard integrations

Standard integrations—which include Slack, Teams and more, can be deployed for three integration instances for Premium accounts and 10 instances for Enterprise accounts. Additional instances are available for purchase.

Paid/custom integrations

Paid integrations—like Salesforce—and custom integrations can be requested through our friendly client success team. 

The integration marketplace will continue to grow, and you have the option to suggest integrations for future development.
