Good Grants recognised as perennial leader in customer service

Creative Force, the parent company of Good Grants, was recently named a winner in the 18th Annual 2023 Globee® Awards for Information Technology. 

We’re proud to announce that our client success team was awarded the Silver Globee in Customer Service Department of the Year Award (IT) by the Globee Business Awards, which credited Creative Force for its global and readily available team and fast response time.

In addition, Good Grants was again awarded “Best Support” for Summer 2023 in grants and scholarship management software by G2, a distinction given for leading the industry in software support and client relationships.

The client success team at Good Grants is a globally distributed, remote team available 24 hours a day, five days a week, and has an average response time of less than one hour.

Receiving the Globee award on the team were: Alex Bon Ami, Carl Turner, Cil Tabbi, Doug Mason, Gabriela Chavez, Jeremy Pintus, Josephine Borromeo, Karen Jakobsen, Marco Gallardo and Sean Judd.

Good Grants is a feature-rich and highly customisable grants management software. While designed to be intuitive and easy to use, the software offers a high level of flexibility, and the client success team must support complex client queries.

The client success team at Creative Force is a talented group of technical experts who always go the extra mile to help clients, establish trust and build long-lasting relationships. This team is responsible for expertly supporting 30,000 admin users.

“The CS team is a bunch of exceptionally smart, friendly and compassionate people who love what they do — helping our clients achieve their goals,” Singh said. 

“Oh, and they are lovely people! These good, kind people have kids and pets as kids. Their interests vary from salsa dancing, DJ-ing, and designing t-shirts to hiking, video editing and shoe painting. The team is tight-knit; everyone helps one another. Team members collaborate and learn and are not shy to speak up when something is less than optimal. Every person in the CS team understands our company value of continuous improvement.”

The team also deeply understands that when a client reaches out to support, they already have a problem and appreciate – but do not necessarily expect – a speedy resolution. 

“Yet these situations are where the client success team excels,” Singh said. “We respond fast, with thoughtful, thorough responses. We ‘surprise and delight’.” 

The stats speak for themselves: The team’s average first-time reply has remained under 28 minutes across the eight-year lifetime of support, and has a lifetime CSAT (customer satisfaction score) of 98.6%.
