What’s new in the Good Grants dashboards?

Along with the familiar charts for applications and users, you can now gain deeper insights from your data. We’ve introduced new charts to make it easier to understand outcomes and monitor progress across your program, including:

• Completion status by category or chapter
• Moderation outcomes
• Funds
• Grant status
• Grant reports

Flexible filters and views

The new dashboard makes it easy to focus on what matters most with flexible filters and configurable views, including:

• Season and form filters (filters remain applied during your login session)
• Date range selector with time-period comparison
• Account theme colours for a consistent branded look
• Drag-and-drop chart ordering to move charts easily around the dashboard. Add, remove, and reorder to create the layout that works best for you.

Every dashboard includes an applications volume chart, with a selection of optional charts that can be added, removed and rearranged to suit your needs. This makes it easy for you to track progress over time, compare results, spot trends and download data for reporting. 

The dashboards don’t just show what’s happening; they help highlight any problems, such as providing support if too many applications remain ‘in progress’, or sending reminders if grant reports haven’t been started within a set timeframe.
